Summary: Still crappy vocals, music not quite as good...
Review: A friend of mine literally swore to me with his life that Brett Hoffman sounds better on this album than on the debut "The 10 Commandments". So I bit and bought this, and as you can imagine I was quite disappointed that his voice sounds EXACTLY the same as it does on the first album!! Absolutely no difference at all, STUPID!!! Still a bad punk vocalist over old-school semi-primitive FL/NY styled death metal.
The music tends to get more boring than the first album, in particular on side 2, though "Eve Of The Apocalypse" (the album's opener) could be the best MC song (I remember how much better this song was when I saw them live w/Jason Blachowicz as the vocalist!!). The production is still total Morrisound crap, but sounds considerably better than the debut...
Again, good music ruined by pathetic vocals!!!
