M&S Utility helps checking mouse position, pixel's color and taking screen shots easily.
List of features available:

• Move cursor to a scecific location & click
• Get cursor's position
• Check specific pixel's color
• Measure distance in pixels on the screen
• Save screen shots of varied areas
• Copy screen shots to clipboard easily
• Run pre-written macros

To the right is a preview of selected area screen shot taking.

• In minimized mode, pressing PrintScreen will take a full screen shot,
  Alt+PrintScreen will take an active window shot,
  and Ctrl+Alt+PrintScreen will take a selected area screen shot.
• Though there is no button for measuring distance, it is possible to measure
  distance through the sys tray context menu (Mouse --> Measure Distance).
