The level system:

Everyone starts with a access level of 1, giving
them access to the basic parts of the site like
the message board...

Here's what the levels do:

-1. Banned, your account will be purged in the next few days.
0. Guest/Restricted, allows you to look at the games pages, but not much else...
If Banned your account will be reactivated in 48 hours, you will start from lvl 1
1. Newbie, gives you access to the board and lets you edit your profile.
2. User, allows the use of the PS2D Message system. Achieved by 4 days of activity
3. Regular, ???
4. PS2 Fanatics, ???
5. PS2D Junkie, ???
6. The Enlightened, ???
7. Moderator, allows you to add and delete Badwords.
8. Friend of Admin, allows you to delete message strings and replys.
9. Advisor, allows you to change User levels.
10. Adiminstrator, Me, I can do anything.
