Kite's Weekly ReviewAs always,"At a Glance" is just a basic skim of the character, nothing more. Name: Giant Hyper-Active Timmy Creator: ReRun Kit: None Team: Freelance Villain Sex: Male Strength: Supreme Agility: Standard Body: Ultimate Mind: Weak Hyper Senses: Standard Tractor Beam: Standard - Ranged - Melee - Multi-Use Berserker - Standard Elongation - Standard - Area Effect - Seeker - Ranged - Multi-Attack Ok,. so Timmy's a giant, easy to hit, hard to kill, in need of ritalin little kid. First off, my suggestion is to NEVER give your character any ultimate stats. Unless, of course, you're a god. A giant kid, unless he was coated in titanium or something, does not deserve an ultimate body. Ultimate body would be like, mecha-godzilla ON A BAD DAY. Also, all his attack are standard. So basically any attacks he could deal would be rather weak. Unless of course he just hits you. I imagine a giant anything hitting you would be rather effective. So he's going to suck really really badly at a distance. 5/10 The writing style is one giant meh. Basically, some snot-nosed gangsta wannabe little brat was grounded, so he ran away. Some ranodm supervillain decided this was a good time to test out his uber-weapon of the week, and used it on little Timmy, making him big Timmy. The set up needs some work, as does the writing. Time and time again I see characters with half-decent ideas, but no follow-through. With a bit of work this could have been the next Turkeyzilla. I give you one big giant meh. 3/10 The Powers My, What Big Eyes You Have! Hyper-Senses - Standard Basically, since Timmy's bigger, he sees farther. Rather basic idea, right? I imagine this would be true. It's kinda like how that one race of aliens was able to hear better because they had larger ears. You know who I'm talking about. It's rather basic. Bigger == better. It's the premise XBox was based off of. What a GRIP! Tractor Beam - Standard - Ranged and Melee - Multi-Use Timmy has long arms, so he can pull you towards him more easily. This doesn't hit me as a ranged attack though, since there actually would be a definite reach to this attack, like say, his arm span. Maybe if his arms detatched like one of those robots from one of those robot animes or something... Hyper-ACTIVITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Berserker - Standard Timmy is crazy. Nuff said. My, what long arms you have! Elongation - Standard - Area Effect - Seeker - Ranged - Multi-Attack Timmy's arms can reach fifty feet. This doesn't shout elongation this to me. This shouts that he's big. I've seen people throw stuff more than 50 feet. Most of Khazan's long-range battlers have a farther reach. So really, this isn't exactly an impressive feat. The powers seem like a waste to me. The points could have easily gone to better use elsewhere. Maybe give him a nice bashing attack or something. Not a whole lotta thought went into these pwoers, obviously. 2/10 Overall What's to say? Timmy is your classic poorly created character. If it wasn't for the fact that we have ALOT of these out right now, I'd normally give him a 1-3. But as it is, I predict him maybe going 3-3.
