Inside Bryncelyn
Bryncelyn Cottage has a large fully equipped kitchen/diner with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The partial glass roof above the dining area means that even on the dullest of days the kitchen is light and airy.
The utility room leads off the kitchen housing the washing machine this then leads into a separate walk in wet room with shower and toilet.
Downstairs there are two reception rooms.
The snug which is wonderful for curling up with a book, listening to CDs or playing one of the games available for your enjoyment. This room has a double sofa bed available for occasional use.
The large sitting room which has comfortable sofas and TV/Video, leads out onto the side patio.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms.
The large master bedroom has a double bed and has views of Carn Ingli mountain.
There is a second double bedroom with wardrobe and drawers.
The third bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and drawers.
The spacious bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle.
Bryncelyn Cottage is heated throughout by a combi-boiler giving constant hot water at the touch of a tap. The whole cottage is double glazed making it a very cosy retreat in the winter months.

Arrival/Departure Times
Please time your arrival for 4 p.m. or later to give time for the cleaner to have finished her work. Likewise please leave by 10 a.m. on departure day.
Linen
All Duvets, pillows, sheets and covers are provided. However you will need to bring your own towels and tea towels.
Cleaning
Whilst the cottage is cleaned between visitors, I ask that you leave it generally clean and tidy when you go.
Electricity
All electricity and gas is included in the rental price.
