BRIAN NELSON's Biography

Part 5

After one more summer playing in France, Brian went to Thailand in the spring
of 1997 and stayed almost three months. This as a start to a few more travels.
But the boys were eager to get together again as soon as possible. The lack of
management was now reaching severe proportions, but you can't stop the music!

Brian also kept on doing solo gigs... because people asked him. Here he is
captured taking requests from a young fan at " Trucker Marco's" in Düsseldorf / Germany, July 1999.

 

 

Dirk Van Gansbeke had also made a new solo CD 'Exile' and was playing
and touring with Kevin Ayers, when a tragic car accident in November 1999
killed both Dirk and his wife Carine. They left a beautiful daughter, Ramona...
After this Brian Nelson didn't want a drummer any more and abandoned all
recordings.
